Chaz vs ServiceTitan
A ServiceTitan alternative for small crews
ServiceTitan is built for large trade companies with dispatchers and call centers. If you run a small crew, Chaz gives you the website, the schedule and getting paid, without a sales call, a setup project or a contract.
No sales call, no contract
ServiceTitan doesn't publish prices, and third-party reports describe 12-month contracts. Chaz is $0 a month and you can start today.
No setup project
Third-party reports put ServiceTitan's implementation fees at $5,000 to $50,000 or more. Chaz has no setup fee: sign up and build your site the same afternoon.
Spanish-first, top to bottom
Chaz is in Spanish on every screen: the owner's tools, the crew's app and everything your customers see.

- You need advanced reporting and marketing attribution across many technicians.
- You have the budget and the staff for a multi-month rollout.
Common questions
Is Chaz really free for my business?
Yes. There's no subscription, no contract, no setup fee and no per-user fee, and Chaz doesn't take a cut of your jobs. Stripe's standard card processing applies to the payments you collect, as it does with any app that takes cards.
What does my customer pay?
A flat $1.75 service fee per payment, shown at checkout before they pay. That fee is how Chaz makes money.
Who handles the card payments?
Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account, payouts go to your bank, and Stripe's standard rates apply. Haven't set up Stripe yet? Chaz Collect holds your customers' payments for you and sends them to your bank once Stripe verifies you.
